Everyone left the hostel 30 minutes before me but I decided to take my time and aim to arrive at the top got sunrise at 8.40 A.M.
So I departed at 7.52 for a 2.4km climb to O Cebriero

I took some photos of the sky as I climbed

As i entered O Cebreiro there was a large group of people watching the majestic sunrise

I spent nearly 30 minutes and probably deleted more photos than I kept.
I stopped and had a quick breakfast in O Cebriro and head over the top to be treated by an equally beautiful view.

I walked with Anderson for a while but spent most of the day with Laurie a 70-year-old Australian from 150km west of Melbourne. He was a “Top Bloke” 😀

Tomorrow I head to Saria, the expectation is that the Camino will change and there will be a tripping of pilgrims as a huge amount of pilgrims start here to do the greater than 110km needed to get a certificate.

There are two options tomorrow an 18 km route or a 25km route, I’m
I am leaning towards the 25km route but I’ll see in the morning.
